[As a doctor and a mother, I want to help those in need]

As the first project by the newly reformed association, we held a special lecture led by one of our directors, Murasaki Ikeda Daniels.
The participants were able to learn various things from her story, which has rarely been accessible to the general public, including her upbringing, how she transitioned from a flight attendant to a doctor, her son’s reclusion (hikikomori), and her prospects for the future.

In addition, TruBlue President Morinaga once again shared his thoughts and vision for the organization, and we immediately noticed an influx of applications for Supporting Members from those who resonated with his perspective and vision.

We will continue our endeavors to hear from even the smallest of voices.

Activities

・ In order to provide support in cooperation with Japan and the U.S., information on schools and educational institutions for people with disabilities in the U.S. will be regularly shared with the Japanese government and educational institutions for people with disabilities. Conferences, seminars, and other events will also be held in Japan and the U.S.

・ In order for the message to reach as many people as possible, we will plan and operate stage productions and other works in connection with the original novel and hold performances domestically and abroad.・ Expanding beyond the original theme, we will propose and implement various activities to create a society that accepts people with disabilities, patients with incurable diseases, and children who have difficulty adapting to society.
